Profile Description
Mr. Roggers Abong’o has been appointed as the founding Executive Director, KCA University Foundation who will serve as an ex officio member and secretary to the Foundation Board. He holds a Masters degree in Data Communications (KCA University) and Bachelor’s degree in I.T (JKUAT).
He served as the Principal of KCA University, Western – Kisumu Campus (2019-2021), Dean of Students at KCA University (2011 – 2018) and was elected as the founding Secretary General of Kenya Universities Deans of Students Association (KUDSA) from 2015 to 2019. The association brings together all Deans of Students in Kenya, both from Public and Private Universities, focusing on standardization of Student Affairs and nurturing young talents. As the Secretary General of KUDSA, he oversaw the development of the student leaders training curriculum, the Deans of Students Strategic Training Program, several student leaders’ workshops, and the engagement of student leaders and Deans of Students during the 2018 National Prayer Breakfast and National Dialogue 2018 in Kenya. He spearheaded fundraising efforts for the association
While serving as the Principal of KCA University Western Campus, he oversaw great transformation. He significantly improved the campus performance, besides creating a great impact in the region by working closely with regional and county leadership. In addition, he mobilized resources for the campus through trainings and education support.
He has served in several University committees, including the University Senate and University Management Board at KCA University. He has effectively mentored many students and mobilized funds for scholarship support. He also made significant contributions to the creation of the Career Services Office in Kenya, which the Ministry of Education rolled out. In addition, he was appointed as a curriculum expert for the Kenya School of Government, which is the official training arm of the Kenyan Government.
He has served as a member of the International Youth Fellowship (IYF) global advisory committee since 2015, a South Korean based NGO training young people on mind education and other life skills worldwide. He is currently serving as the Kenyan convener and chief advisor for the All Africa Students Union, an umbrella body bringing together all University Students from Africa.
He is a member of the KUZA Initiative Board, which oversees a mentorship initiative, financial support, and resource mobilization for young people in the republic of Kenya.
He is a mentor to young people both locally, regionally and globally, to this end he has moderated many sessions, including but not limited to; World Camp by IYF in South Korea 2015, Africa Students & Youth summit held in Kigali-Rwanda (2018), Africa Students & Youth summit held in Rabat-Morocco (2019).
Roggers equally does corporate Mcee as a hobby and has presided over many functions at the University but notably was the main Mcee during the Company of the Year Award (COYA) 2022 among many such engagements.
He brings a wealth of experience in resource mobilization anchored on reliable and stable global networks and his commitment to the course.

Profile Description
Susan Aduwo is the Manager Resource Mobilization at the KCA University Foundation. She holds a Masters in International Business Administration from USIU and a Bachelor of Science from Egerton University, proficiency certificates in Public Relations, German and Fundraising. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors Kenya.
With over 20 years’ experience in management, Susan has held various positions in the fields of Quality Assurance, FMCG marketing, Real Estate, Corporate Affairs, Executive Training, Resource Mobilization, conference & event planning and management both locally and internationally, and governance. At KCA University, she has led University’s executive training activities locally and in South Sudan, and the Resource Mobilization and Alumni Relations functions. She joins the KCAU Foundation with this background.
Susan has served in various committees and boards at national and institutional levels including; the National Values System Taskforce under the then Ministry of Justice, Department of National Cohesion, Government of Kenya (2011), Caux Round Table Kenya Chapter (2011), Mhasibu Sacco Society Limited and Mhasibu Housing Co. Ltd. (2009 – 2016). She currently sits on the Board of Management for All Saints Cathedral School, Nairobi.

Profile Description
Mr Duncan is a seasoned fundraiser and resource Mobilizer with experience from both private and public sector, having successfully served as Deputy Director Research and Resource Mobilization for Nyamira County Government.
He holds an MBA-Finance degree from University of Nairobi and Bed Arts Business Studies & Mathematics from Kenyatta University. He is also a Certified Public Private Partnership Professional (CP3P) with APGM International, a trained Resource Mobilizer & Fundraiser by Management University of Africa (MUA), holds a Senior Management Course Certification by KSG, a trained Risk Management executive by Pinebridge Consulting and Training and a Full Member of both Kenya Association of Fundraising Professional and Kenya Institute of Management.
He has a vast experience in grant proposal writing, donor engagement and relations, public private partnership advisory, investor relationship management, public & private strategy and policy development, special project coordination and donor project monitoring and evaluation.
Duncan has a good understanding of the higher education landscape, having served as a lecturer for over four years and being a trained ISO 21001 (Educational Organization Management System). He has published five research papers with internationally recognized peer review journals as well as with local national newspaper. His vast experience in partnership management and passion for resource mobilization is ideal for the development and advancement of KCA University Foundation.

Profile Description
Daniel Nzambuli is a dedicated and highly skilled administrator with a strong background in marketing, business development, and customer service. As the Administrator of the KCA University Foundation, Daniel plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the Foundation’s operations while driving initiatives that promote its growth and sustainability.
With extensive experience in administrative management and marketing, Daniel excels in coordinating projects, managing communication, and ensuring efficient workflows within the Foundation. His expertise in business development, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement has made him instrumental in advancing the Foundation’s objectives and expanding its network.
Daniel is known for his exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling him to build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, sponsors, and the university community. He is also adept at managing ERP and CRM systems, ensuring seamless data handling, reporting, and operational efficiency. His administrative acumen is complemented by a solid foundation in marketing strategies, business development, and customer service, allowing him to align the Foundation’s efforts with its long-term vision and goals.
In addition to his administrative responsibilities, Daniel is pursuing an MBA in Marketing at KCA University, further enhancing his professional capacity. His dedication, innovative mindset, and focus on continuous improvement make him a valuable asset to the KCA University Foundation.
