Directors of the KCA University Foundation Board held their 4th Board meeting at the University’s main campus in Ruaraka where they focused on the available resource mobilization opportunities for Higher Education at the global stage, the trends donor trends and fundraising strategies for the University to stand out as a world-class institution.
The meeting reviewed the 2024 work plan for the foundation with focus on the 2nd edition of the VC & CEO’s cycling tour taking the Western Kenya circuit after a successful inaugural cycling round Mount Kenya held in April 2023.
The Board having taken its rightful space is geared towards ensuring sound fundraising strategies and practices, donor engagement therefore became so paramount to the Directors.
